About the Role Rosenbaum Realty Group is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to lead the owner experience and manage the team responsible for onboarding new property owners. This is a management and relationship-focused role . You will serve as the primary point of contact between Rosenbaum Realty Group and its property owners, ensuring owners receive excellent service and have a smooth experience from onboarding through ongoing management. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Owner Onboarding and Client Relations team . Oversee the complete owner onboarding process , ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Serve as the primary liaison between property owners and Rosenbaum Realty Group . Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners. Respond to owner concerns, questions, and escalations and ensure timely resolution. Provide owners with regular updates regarding their properties and services. Work closely with Property Management, Leasing, Maintenance, and Accounting teams to address owner needs. Monitor the overall owner experience and identify areas for improvement. Coach, support, and hold the client relations team accountable for performance and service quality. Help improve processes and systems related to owner communication, onboarding, and retention. Requirements 3+ years of experience in property management, client relations, or account management Previous team leadership or management experience . Strong knowledge of residential property management and the owner experience. Active Arizona Real Estate license preferred; if not licensed, must be willing to obtain one. Willingness to travel if needed across our properties in Gilbert, Phoenix, Tucson, Prescott, Thatcher, and surrounding areas. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident handling difficult conversations, complaints, and escalations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple owners and priorities. Professional, approachable, and comfortable communicating with property owners. Strong problem-solving skills and good follow-through. Experience with property management software such as AppFolio, Yardi, Rent Manager, or similar is preferred.
