This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and serving as the main point of contact for clients. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations and will actively seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Duties
  • Sit in on advisors meetings, submit notes and create follow up tasks/cases/opportunities for the appropriate people.
  • Lead management and onboarding process for all incoming clients.
  • Be the hub and median between the advisor-client-CSA
  • Calendar Management and Scheduling
  • Required Minimum Distributions
  • Client Departures
  • Transfers
  • 1st contacts for clients
  • Phones Passing audits average 90% Qualifications Proven experience in customer service.
Strong attention to detail. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within the organization. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
