This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and serving as the main point of contact for clients. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations and will actively seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Duties
- Sit in on advisors meetings, submit notes and create follow up tasks/cases/opportunities for the appropriate people.
- Lead management and onboarding process for all incoming clients.
- Be the hub and median between the advisor-client-CSA
- Calendar Management and Scheduling
- Required Minimum Distributions
- Client Departures
- Transfers
- 1st contacts for clients
- Phones Passing audits average 90% Qualifications Proven experience in customer service.
