Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and client retention. Cultivate strong relationships with Major Retailers understanding their unique business challenges and providing tailored solutions. Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms while ensuring mutual value creation. Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and prospecting for new clients through warm calling and outreach. Collaborate closely with design and product teams to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that align with client needs. Utilize CRM tools to track account activity, sales pipelines, and customer interactions meticulously. Analyze market trends, client feedback, and sales data to inform strategic decisions and improve service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, apparel sales with a track record of exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability in business development, including warm calling techniques to generate new leads. Familiarity with marketing strategies and sales processes within a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing customer relationships effectively. Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret sales data and market insights for strategic planning.
