Engage with individuals in person to introduce and explain AT&T Fiber services Assist with account setup and enrollment processes Maintain a positive, professional experience during every interaction Support daily team coordination and performance goals Assist teammates with communication techniques and workflow best practices Participate in training and development sessions Help reinforce service standards and team expectations What an Account Representative -

Entry Level Should Have:
