Customer Account Representative:

Working with new and existing AT&T customers to assist with account questions and service needs Providing customer support for wireless plans, sales services, billing questions, and general account updates Assisting with sales orders, upgrades, and account changes Communicating clearly with customers to explain available service options and next steps Entering and updating customer account information with accuracy and attention to detail Supporting basic troubleshooting and service guidance when needed Working alongside a team in a fast-paced, entry-level customer service and sales environment

Customer Account Representative Skills:
