This role is key to maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our clients. As an Entry Level Account Manager , you ensure that customers receive consistent, high-quality service while identifying opportunities to grow each account. Your work directly contributes to client retention, satisfaction, and overall business stability. Day-to-day Responsibilities of an Entry Level Account Manager Build strong customer connections through personalized service, responsive communication, and effective problem-solving. Support senior managers by coordinating schedules, tracking performance, and keeping team productivity on target. Contribute to sales initiatives by promoting AT&T products and services, meeting performance targets, and supporting marketing campaigns. Help train and mentor new team members on customer interactions, product knowledge, and company processes. Monitor performance metrics and contribute to strategic conversations focused on improving efficiency and results. Assist in organizing team meetings, setting goals, and fostering a positive, motivated work environment. Step up to lead when needed, managing workflow and handling operational challenges with confidence.
Your Skills, Our Mission:
What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not mandatory. Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus, but we're equally excited to meet driven individuals ready to learn and grow. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Apply strong critical thinking skills to address customer concerns swiftly and professionally, ensuring positive outcomes and lasting satisfaction. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a team environment. Previous experience in customer service, retail, or team leadership is a plus but not required Demonstrated interest in developing leadership and management skills.
