Job Description

Johnson Service GROUP a national Staffing company is looking for an Aerospace Sales Manager with 1-5 years' experience working in an Aerospace environment. This is a Direct hire job in Chatsworth for an Antenna company,
Salary:
$85K 1-5 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or technical products is a plus Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred, but not required) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What Success Looks Like High accuracy and responsiveness in order management Strong customer relationships and satisfaction Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement Contribution to team metrics and overall sales performance What You'll Do Manage and support assigned customer accounts and product lines Process and coordinate purchase orders using ERP systems (Epicor) Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution Build strong relationships with customers through consistent communication Partner with internal teams (sales, operations, production) to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction Analyze reports and track key metrics to support sales performance Identify opportunities to improve processes, service levels, and account growth Provide backup support to customer service team members as needed 1-5 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or technical products is a plus Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred, but not required) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What Success Looks Like High accuracy and responsiveness in order management Strong customer relationships and satisfaction Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement Contribution to team metrics and overall sales performance •Johnson Service Group (JSG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
