Entry-Level Account Manager

Pinpoint is hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to support growing customer demand across our telecommunications campaign. This Entry Level Account Manager role is centered on managing customer relationships, driving sales, and handling day-to-day account activity in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will take ownership of customer accounts from the first interaction through activation and ongoing support. This position blends customer service, sales, and account management, giving you direct experience managing client relationships while building your skills in business and sales. What You'll Be Doing as an Entry Level Account Manager Manage customer accounts by guiding clients through service options, account setup, and activation Meet with customers directly to present telecommunications services and recommend solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up Support new customer acquisition while managing existing customer accounts Handle account updates, service questions, and customer concerns in a professional way Track account activity, customer interactions, and completed sales to stay organized and efficient Work alongside the team to improve sales results, customer retention, and overall account performance What We Look For in an Entry Level Account Manager Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers Interest in sales, account management, and client-facing roles Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and stay organized Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Goal-driven mindset with a focus on growth and performance Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management is helpful but not required

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
