Be sure to review our website prior to your interview! Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued accounts, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth. You will deliver exceptional customer service, identify new opportunities, and support the sales team. Responsibilities Manage onboarding and ongoing communication for new accounts generated by the sales team Coordinate the intake and flow of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to account management Identify and develop opportunities from inbound leads, including customers who create accounts through the company website Serve as the primary point of contact for all order-related inquiries, including order updates, product availability, and issue resolution Coordinate logistics and fulfillment details with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery Proactively communicate with customers regarding delays, backorders, or potential issues Maintain strong relationships with clients to support retention and repeat business Track and document customer interactions, orders, and opportunities within internal systems Skills Ability to rapidly learn, understand, and apply knowledge across a large and diverse product catalog Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Customer relationship management and client service Organization and time management Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving and conflict resolution Understanding of order processing, fulfillment, and logistics Ability to interpret and communicate lead times and shipping information Proficiency with CRM systems and order management software Cross-functional coordination (sales, operations, logistics teams) Ability to identify upsell and growth opportunities within accounts Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Basic data tracking and reporting skills
