Job Description
We're expanding our team in the San Bernardino, CA area and are looking for motivated, relationship-driven individuals to join us as an Entry Level Account Manager. In this role, you'll build and maintain strong customer relationships through face-to-face interactions, guiding new and existing customers through available service options while ensuring a seamless account experience. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact by answering questions, coordinating account needs, and delivering personalized solutions that create long-term customer satisfaction. Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities Engage prospective customers through face-to-face interactions and introduce them to available service options Build positive customer experience by providing professional, informative, and personalized support Learn about each customer's needs and recommend service solutions that align with their preferences As an Entry Level Account Manager, guide customers through the sales, application, and enrollment process while ensuring all account information is accurate and complete Manage customer accounts from the initial consultation through enrollment, service activation, and follow-up Maintain organized customer records, sales documentation, account updates, and interaction notes using company systems Coordinate with leadership and internal support teams to resolve account-related questions and provide customers with a smooth experience Work closely with fellow Entry Level Account Managers to improve sales performance, share best practices, and achieve individual and team goals Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge, communication skills, customer service abilities, and sales techniques to set you up for success What We're Looking For In Our Entry Level Account Managers Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Customer service, retail, hospitality, account support, or sales experience is helpful but not required A friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach Confidence interacting with customers in a face-to-face setting Ability to accurately document customer interactions and account activity Comfortable managing multiple customer conversations and follow-up tasks Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Customer service, retail, hospitality, account support, or sales experience is helpful but not required What We Offer Hands-on training and ongoing mentorship A supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Continued development in customer service, account management, communication, and leadership Experience working directly with customers and supporting account-related processes At Community Impact Group, we believe strong customer relationships begin with clear communication, dependable support, and positive experiences.
