Job Description

Accounts Payable Manager (Contract - ERP Implementation Support) Hybrid (Orange County, CA) | 4-8 Week Project | Contract We are partnering with a growing, multi-location organization seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager-level professional to support their team during a critical ERP system implementation. This is a hands-on, high-impact project where you'll step in to help manage high-volume invoice processing. Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume invoice processing in a fast-paced environment Post invoices to the GL within the current system (Lawson) Support AP operations to ensure continuity during ERP implementation Handle large Excel uploads and data management (multiple spreadsheets with high line volume) Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies; proactively ask the right questions What They're Looking For AP Manager / Supervisor-level experience (must be able to hit the ground running) Strong background in high-volume AP environments Advanced Excel skills (large data sets, uploads, reconciliations) Experience in multi-location environments (restaurant or retail strongly preferred) ERP experience (Lawson, Oracle, or similar systems a plus)

Monday & Friday Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
