About the Role As a Sales Engineer, you'll work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and help them configure solutions that drive innovation. You'll provide technical expertise, create custom quotes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. What You'll Do Engage with customers to understand their computing requirements and provide tailored technical solutions. Configure and quote build-to-order systems, including workstations, servers, storage, and GPU clusters. Develop strong relationships with customers in industries such as AI, defense, life sciences, and higher education. Stay informed on hardware platforms from Supermicro, Gigabyte, Asus, and other leading brands. Support sales operations by ensuring smooth order processing and issue resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and customer engagement. What You've Done 2+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in HPC, AI, or enterprise computing. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including CPUs, GPUs, memory, and storage configurations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. A proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing technical roles. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. A self-motivated, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering great customer experiences.
