Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Key Accounts Projects Lead is the primary operational point of contact for Leftbank Art's key account relationships. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of account activity, from product assortment management and design coordination through order execution, customer communication, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across internal teams and external partners. They bring a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively keep projects and relationships on track. This role reports directly to the Key Accounts Manager and operates within the Sales Operations structure. It works closely with the Account Manager and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Production, Operations, and Customer Service.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assortment and Product Management Manage the ongoing product assortment for assigned key accounts, ensuring selections remain current, relevant, and aligned with customer needs Coordinate new product additions and maintain accurate SKU and bill of materials (BOM) data in Sage Support the development and distribution of customer-facing SKU sheets and related documentation Partner with the design team to obtain and manage hi-resolution files and ensure all product data is accurate and up to date Design and Product Presentations Support the preparation and delivery of product and design presentations for key account customers Serve as a liaison with external artists in support of curation and product selection Assist with finish and frame recommendations and coordinate sample requests and quality control reviews Prepare post-meeting recaps and ensure follow-through on all action items and commitments Client and Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary day-to-day operational contact for assigned key accounts Maintain proactive, consistent communication with customers regarding order status, approvals, timelines, and any issues Prepare and distribute status updates and meeting recaps Escalate concerns promptly and always come to the table with a solution-oriented approach Key Account Order Operations Own the full order management cycle for a portfolio of 6 key accounts, including order entry, release scheduling, approval routing, and shipment tracking Manage structured release calendars, multi-party approval chains, and recurring sampling and R D cycles proactively, not reactively Facilitate the resolution of damages or discrepancies in coordination with the appropriate internal teams Maintain organized, accurate records of account activity, approvals, revisions, and communications Operate with a high degree of independence — anticipating issues before they surface and owning resolution end-to-end Revisions, Change Management, and Pricing Support Follow established guidelines for managing revisions and facilitate changes across internal teams accurately and on time Ensure all revisions are properly documented and approved before execution Support pricing activities for key account products and projects, ensuring accuracy across all customer-facing and internal materials Performs other related duties as assigned Own pricing accuracy for assigned key accounts across all active SKUs and project work. Coordinate with Sales and Operations to validate pricing at the time of order entry, product updates, and program changes. Ensure all pricing is properly approved before it appears on customer-facing documents, purchase orders, or is entered into internal systems. Flag and resolve discrepancies promptly, and maintain clean pricing records in Sage and any relevant account portals.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills — clear, professional, and customer-focused Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data and documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook Proficiency in CRM platforms — HubSpot preferred Experience with ERP systems — Sage experience a plus Ability to work independently and take full ownership of outcomes Sound judgment, timely escalation, and a strong sense of urgency and prioritization Ability to function well in a high-paced environment Experience with project management or workflow platforms, Smartsheet preferred, for tracking timelines, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional follow-up
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, account coordination, or customer-facing project management in a product-based or commercial environment — with demonstrated ownership of accounts Experience managing accounts or projects with multiple concurrent priorities and stakeholders Background in a creative, manufacturing, or wholesale environment preferred Experience working cross-functionally with design, production, and sales teams Familiarity with product data management, SKU setup, or ERP systems Must be professional, customer-focused, and team-oriented
