Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Organic Harvesting Supervisor responsible to supervise the organic harvesting department. What You Will Need:
Must be able to communicate and coordinate with all levels of employees. Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be knowledgeable of company policies. Ability to travel to Coachella Valley five (5) months out of the year, required. Must have a valid Driver's License with clean DMV driving record. Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
What Will Set You Apart:
Ability to troubleshoot harvesting equipment, preferred. Minimum of 5 years' experience in organic harvesting, preferred. Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred. Bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with ability to speak, read, and write in both, preferred. Supervisory or equivalent experience, preferred.

$70,304 - $80,000 / YEAR Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
