Our Cloud & High Power business unit partners directly with Tier 1 hyperscalers on mission-critical platforms including AI server power, PowerRack, PowerShelf, and high-density BBU systems. Headquartered in Asia with a rapidly scaling North America presence, we combine enterprise-grade manufacturing depth with front-row access to the hyperscaler roadmap. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role
  • not a support function. Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates. What You Will Do Own end-to-end commercial relationships with Tier 1 hyperscaler accounts
  • from design win pursuit through long-term revenue growth and renewal Serve as the primary technical and strategic interface between customers and internal engineering, operations, and product teams; translate customer requirements directly into roadmap decisions Lead quarterly business reviews; align on multi-year customer roadmaps, vendor selection processes, and product qualification timelines Develop and execute account strategies in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, identifying expansion opportunities across high-power data center product lines Travel to customer sites, R D centers, and manufacturing facilities•domestically and internationally•to accelerate decision cycles and deepen executive relationships Collaborate across global time zones, including coordination with Asia-based engineering and operations teams, to move fast on customer needs What We're Looking For Required 5-15 years in technical sales, account management, FAE, or customer program management within data center hardware, AI server, power electronics, or adjacent domains Technical fluency in power supply systems, server hardware, or data center architecture•able to hold architecture-level conversations with engineering and procurement audiences Demonstrated experience managing or supporting Tier 1 hyperscaler accounts (Google, Meta, Microsoft, AWS, NVIDIA, or equivalent) Proven track record of building long-term customer relationships and influencing roadmap decisions, vendor selection processes, and multi-stakeholder hierarchies Preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus Familiarity with connector/module solutions, BBU systems, or liquid cooling platforms
