As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced National Sales Account Manager with a strong understanding of the firearms industry to join our team. This role is more than sales—it is about developing strategic customer relationships, driving growth across multiple brands, and serving as a trusted partner to dealers, distributors, OEM customers, and industry partners. Position Summary The National Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-oriented, comfortable with outbound sales activity, and passionate about the firearms and shooting sports industry. Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, OEM customers, and key industry partners Deliver exceptional customer service and account support Conduct regular customer reviews and business development meetings Business Development Generate new business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and customer engagement Identify and pursue upselling, cross-selling, and new product opportunities Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Pricing & Negotiation Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing agreements Close sales while maintaining profitability objectives Collaborate with management on strategic pricing and growth initiatives Customer Support & Order Management Coordinate customer orders from quotation through delivery Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within HubSpot CRM Track opportunities, forecasts, and sales performance metrics Prepare periodic sales reports and market feedback for management Industry Engagement Represent AIM Outdoor Group at industry trade shows, dealer events, and product demonstrations Participate in product testing and customer feedback programs Travel occasionally within the United States and internationally as required QualificationsRequired Experience Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience Proven success in a high-volume outbound sales environment Strong understanding of the firearms, shooting sports, hunting, or outdoor recreation industry Existing industry relationships are highly desirable Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities Self-motivated and results-driven Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Technical Requirements Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications Ability to learn and communicate technical product specifications Compliance Requirements Clean criminal record Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a California DOJ Certificate of Eligibility (COE) BenefitsCompensation & Incentives Competitive base salary Uncapped commission program Performance-based bonuses Benefits Package 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Employee Discounts on AIM Products Professional Development Assistance Work Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM•4:00 PM or 8:00 AM•5:00 PM (as determined by management) No weekends required Career Growth Opportunities Advancement opportunities within a growing organization Exposure to leading brands, distributors, and OEM customers in the firearms industry Opportunity to influence product development and business strategy Ability to contribute directly to the growth of a respected American manufacturer Who Should Apply?
