Unlike many competitors owned by private equity firms, our company is family-owned, offering a flexible, stable, and long-term career environment. This company represent 6-7 major industry brands more than most in the business including Shell, Phillips 66, Chevron, and 76. You will begin your journey as an Account Manager , working closely with veteran sales reps to learn our products, customers, and internal systems. As you master the territory and nurture existing accounts, you will transition into a full Outside Sales role where you own your book of business and your earning potential.
Key Responsibilities Territory Management:
Manage and grow existing "buy-back" business and house accounts in a designated geographic territory.Business Development:
Proactively hunt for new leads and re-engage previous customers to expand your portfolio.Sales Operations:
Utilize Salesforce to manage customer data and process orders placed via the web or phone.Relationship Focus:
Nurture long-term customer relationships; once you close an account, it stays with you for the life of the account.Consultative Selling:
Qualify opportunities based on delivery minimums and product types, ranging from individual quarts to bulk tanks. Ideal Candidate Profile The "Hunter"Mentality:
We are looking for individuals who are comfortable making their own way on leads and building a territory from the ground up.Industrial Background:
Previous experience working for a distributor or within the food and beverage industrial sector is highly preferred.Sales Experience:
Proven B2B sales experience.Compensation & Growth Competitive Commission:
10% of Gross Profit (GP) on all accounts you close.INDER Pay:
