Job Description

Oversees daily operations for the Key Retail Accounts (Domestic and FOB), including sales, customer back end support, order fulfillment, tracking, issue resolution for inventory, and coordination with internal warehouse teams. Participates in all Account meetings (weekly touch base, line reviews, and one-off meetings) providing feedback, project updates, and taking detailed notes to ensure effective follow-up. Well-versed in all aspects of Key Account business to provide accurate support to both internal and external teams and Executives. Owns the Account Back End support utilizing third party systems and processes. Ability to adapt to evolving schedules, workload, and priorities to provide the best possible service to Key customers. Presentation & Communication
  • Responsible for meeting preparation, working directly with the Account Manager to create and maintain all presentations, supporting documents and product samples.
Communicates directly with the Account Buyers, Replenishment team, and Product Development to provide updates and support on open projects. Thorough product knowledge and ability to make strategic assortment suggestions by evaluating product assortment and performance. Retail Link Proficiency and Ownership
  • Utilizes and understands multiple Retail Link applications including:
  • Item 360
  • NOVA
  • Scintilla
  • Supplier One
  • Import PO Revisions
  • Global Specifications/Supplier Quote
  • Quote Management System
  • Retaillink
  • Responsible for setting up of Key Retail Account in-store items (Domestic and FOB). Maintains and updates pricing alignment between Account and internal systems. Product Knowledge & Development Support
  • Thorough understanding of features and specifications for both existing and in-development products.
  • Responsible for maintaining internal product documentation (Key Account
  • Presentations) and communicating updates to the internal sales team.
Assists in preparation for Trade Shows and Vendor Events. 1-2 years of recent experience in a similar role.
