Full Job Description Account Manager Location:
Pleasanton, California Precision Cabinets , a leading custom cabinet manufacturer, is seeking an Account Manager at ourDesign Studioin Pleasanton. You will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and promoting company services with existing customers. Success in this office-based position requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, a positive attitude and a results-driven approach. Key Objectives Cultivate new business opportunities and lead generation through proactive warm calling, networking, and industry research to expand our custom client base. Manage existing accounts with a focus on retention, upselling, and delivering exceptional customer service to foster long-term loyalty. Partner with marketing to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and annual targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, engineering and customer service to ensure a seamless client experience. Maintain accurate customer data, document interactions and complete required administrative tasks. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1+ years sales experience (construction, cabinetry or related field preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Highly self-motivated and results oriented Benefits & Compensation The company intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay range of $80,000 -$85,000 . Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience.
