Requirements:
- 2-5 years of outside sales experience, IT staffing experience preferred.
- Experience providing staffing solutions to local IT hiring managers and building out a wide book of business.
- Previous experience with CRM or Sales Enablement tools like Salesforce
- Experience with Business Development through direct sales and breaking into new clients.
- Experience developing and maintaining long term client and candidate relationships.
- Experience with lead gen & cold calling to identify, support and close sales with new and existing clients.
- Strong communication, presentation skills, high energy and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- A demonstrated history of professional relationship building.
- Strong network across the industry segment with proven ability to acquire and grow new customers.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth is a plus.
