The Opportunity This position works out of our West Region location in our ANPD Nutrition Products Business Unit. The National Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the strategic management of key client relationships. This role demands a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of strategic account management, and the ability to navigate complex and changing business environments. What You'll Work On Develop and implement strategic plans to foster strong, long-lasting client relationships that drive business growth in national and regional healthcare systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and deliver exceptional client solutions Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, providing strategic insights to the team Implement and refine sales processes to optimize efficiency and ensure consistent performance Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of team members reporting dotted line Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry, client needs, and competitive landscape Territory will cover the West Region with 40% travel Ideal candidate lives in San Francisco, Los Angeles or Phoenix Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5+ years in strategic account management role 10+ years business experience Proven experience in sales management, focus on strategic account management a plus. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Strong knowledge of commercial execution fundamentals (metric management, goal setting, cadence etc.) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal abilities Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends. Strong Microsoft suite skills Ability to travel as required.
