About us Greenerprinter is a sustainable commercial printing company in Point Richmond. We make high-quality printed products for customers across the country, with a smaller environmental footprint than the rest of the industry. Our customer service team is the front line between our customers and our production floor. About the role We're hiring a Account Representative to manage customer orders from quote to delivery. You don't need printing experience. We're looking for someone sharp, organized, and eager to learn who can become a valuable part of our team quickly. We'll teach you the printing side. What you'll do Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email. Prepare quotes and enter orders. Coordinate with prepress and production to keep jobs on schedule. Communicate proactively with customers about timelines, proofs, and any issues. Resolve problems quickly and follow through until they're closed out. What we're looking for Strong written and verbal communication. Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple orders at once. Quick learner who picks up new software and processes fast. Customer-first attitude, calm under pressure. Comfortable with computers and standard office tools. Print industry experience is a plus, not a requirement. Local to the Point Richmond / Richmond / East Bay area. Schedule Full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday.

Details Pay:
