Job Description

C and S Group is expanding our wireless enrollment team and is hiring an Account Manager - Entry Level to support customer enrollments for an affordable wireless assistance program. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity where you'll work directly with customers, explain available wireless services, assist with enrollments, and support daily team operations while developing leadership skills. As an Account Manager - Entry Level, you'll receive hands-on training in customer engagement, wireless sales, account support, and team development. If you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and growing into a leadership role, this position offers a strong foundation for long-term career growth. What You'll Do as an Account Manager - Entry Level Support daily team operations while working alongside the sales and enrollment team Meet directly with customers to explain available wireless services, program benefits, and eligibility requirements Assist customers with enrollments, account setup, account updates, and enrollment documentation Support and coach team members on customer communication, enrollment accuracy, and product knowledge Monitor daily enrollment activity and help the team stay on track toward performance goals Answer customer questions regarding wireless services, program qualifications, and account information Work closely with leadership to improve team performance, customer satisfaction, and daily sales results Lead by example through professional customer interactions and a positive attitude What You'll Gain Hands-on experience supporting and developing a growing team Leadership training with ongoing coaching from experienced managers Professional development in customer engagement, wireless sales, account management, and team leadership Opportunities for advancement based on performance, consistency, and leadership potential Experience managing customer accounts, enrollments, and daily team operations Transferable skills in communication, sales, leadership, and customer relationship management
