- Meet directly with customers and clients to provide information on products and services
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Assist with account setup, onboarding, and customer support
- Answer questions and provide solutions based on customer needs
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations
- Follow up with new and existing accounts
- Maintain accurate customer and account records
