The Role Logistics doesn't move without great relationships-and as Carrier Manager, you are the engine. Sitting right at the center of our operation alongside the General Manager, you won't just sit back and manage shipments; you will lead, coach, and elevate a high-performing team of Carrier Sales Reps. You ll act as the chief strategist for capacity, hunting down top-tier flatbed, dry, and refrigerated carriers, negotiating key lanes, and turning one-off drivers into long-term strategic partners. This is a fast-moving, high-stakes role where quick thinking, sharp negotiation, and proactive leadership directly impact our bottom line. What You ll
Own Lead & Multiply:
Coach and mentor Carrier Sales Reps, turning everyday moves into masterclasses in lane strategy and deal-closing. Build an
Elite Network:
Source, qualify, and secure high-performing truckload and LTL carriers, building deep relationships with fleet leaders to lock down target lanes.
Drive Bottom-Line Growth:
Expand profitable volume with existing partners and relentlessly identify new capacity opportunities.
Solve Real-Time Challenges:
Navigating logistics takes speed and grit. You'll make sharp, high-judgment decisions on the fly to keep freight moving and protect margins. Set the
Standard:

Table Logistics DNA:
3+ years of experience in freight brokerage, carrier procurement, or account management. You know the market, you know the lanes, and you know how to talk to carriers.
Natural Negotiator:
Proven ability to build trust, navigate high-pressure conversations, and win mutually profitable deals.
Leader & Coach:
High energy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for seeing your team succeed.
Decisive Under Pressure:
You thrive when the pace picks up and can solve complex supply chain puzzles without breaking a sweat. College degree or equivalent real-world industry experience preferred.
Salary:
$65K-70K
