Santa Ana, CA | On-site + Field Visits Our client is seeking a Sales and Customer Account Manager to join their commercial projects team in Santa Ana, CA. $80,000-$90,000, based on experience Annual Bonus Medical and Dental insurance 401k Paid Time Off A Day in the Life of the Sales and Customer Account Manager In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients while managing projects throughout the sales lifecycle, from initial inquiry and proposal development through signed contract and project handoff. Our client is looking for someone who can balance relationship management, jobsite coordination, proposal preparation, and communication with vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Your ability to stay organized and proactive will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and supporting company growth.Responsibilities include:
Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through contract execution and handoff to project management Develop accurate proposals and budgets by reviewing drawings, specifications, and material take-offs for commercial projects Conduct client meetings and onsite visits to gather field measurements, photos, and project requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on products, pricing, timelines, and installation considerations Coordinate with vendors, general contractors, and internal teams to manage RFIs, pricing, lead times, and technical details Maintain and manage the sales pipeline through CRM tracking, reporting, forecasting, and consistent follow-up Manage multiple active pre-sale projects while maintaining strong communication and organizationRequirements and Qualifications:
3+ years of sales or account management experience) Experience within construction, architectural, manufacturing, or fabrication environments strongly preferred Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings Proven experience managing the sales cycle from start to finish Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Excellent time management and follow-up abilities Ability to conduct site measurements and manage multiple active projects simultaneously Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms About theHiring Company:
