Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR), billing data, and patient documentation while strictly adhering to HIPAA privacy standards. Assist patients in understanding out-of-pocket costs and treatment options.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in medical billing, coding, or healthcare finance. Strong knowledge of insurance verification and claims processing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing software. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records. Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred. 1+ years of experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, customer service, or revenue cycle management. Proficiency with EHR systems, medical billing software, and Microsoft Office, including Excel. Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims processing, and HIPAA compliance. Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
