Job Description

GGG Inc. is currently hiring an Entry-Level Account Associate to join our growing team in South San Francisco. This full-time position is ideal for individuals looking to build professional experience in customer relations, account support, sales, and business development. We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship, making this a great opportunity for candidates from retail, customer service, hospitality, food service, sales, or other customer-facing backgrounds. Compensation
  • Pay:
    $20.00
  • $26.00 per hour
  • Weekly pay

  • Advancement and management opportunities What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Educate customers on products, services, and available promotions
  • Assist customers in identifying solutions that fit their needs
  • Support account onboarding and ongoing account management activities
  • Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate account and customer records
  • Participate in customer acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service and sales goals
  • Attend ongoing training and professional development sessions
  • Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions Qualifications
