Job Description
Established Mechanical Contractor in is looking for a Service Account Manager to join their growing team. We are offering excellent compensation, benefits and collaborative team culture. No micro management and flexible schedule for this Mechanical Service Account Manager. This Mechanical Account Manager position will be responsible to develop, estimate, sell HVAC Service Projects and Maintenence. This is a role that heavily focuses on building relationships with a limited number of accounts to be determined by sales and operations leadership.
Requirements/Needs:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Estimator/Sales Professional and combination thereof in HVAC or Plumbing related business
- Ability to read plans and specs.
- Ability to estimate mechanical projects with limited training
- Advanced MS Office and MS Project skills.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
- Ability to work with multiple projects.
