In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and tailored solutions. Duties Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service. Identify new sales opportunities via outbound calling, warm calling, and targeted marketing efforts to expand our customer base. Conduct B2B sales negotiations, presenting compelling proposals that meet client needs while aligning with company goals. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address customer requirements in technology and technical sales. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Engage in business development activities by researching market trends, attending industry events, and leveraging marketing campaigns. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling strategies to generate leads and nurture prospects. Knowledge of CRM tools, marketing techniques, and customer service best practices. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment; highly motivated with a proactive attitude.
