Experience working with a third-party showroom is highly preferred. Prior experience with the specific showroom will be considered a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Manage and process wholesale orders through a third-party showroom system Coordinate daily communication with showroom partners and internal teams Monitor order status, shipments, and delivery timelines Handle chargebacks, RTVs, and vendor compliance issues Resolve order discrepancies and customer service inquiries Support accounts receivable and payable coordination as needed Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in wholesale, showroom, or account management preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage high-volume order flow Experience with order processing systems and Excel preferred Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with a third-party showroom is highly preferred Candidates with prior experience managing a similar showroom account will be given strong consideration Background in the wholesale apparel industry is a plus
