POSITION OVERVIEW
The Client Relations & Sales Coordinator is the first point of contact and the central connection between new inquiries and long-term client relationships at Avante Aesthetics. This role blends luxury front desk experience, consultative sales, and client relationship management. You will guide clients from inquiry to booking, support treatment and membership decisions, and ensure every interaction reflects the Avante standard of care. This is not a passive receptionist role — it is a client experience and sales-driven position where your performance directly contributes to the growth of the practice and your own earnings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls, texts, emails, and walk-ins Convert inquiries into booked consultations and appointments through consultative communication Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments using practice management software Guide clients toward appropriate treatments, packages, and memberships based on their goals Present memberships, treatment bundles, and retail skincare in a natural, client-first way Follow up with new leads, existing clients, and inactive clients to encourage rebooking Educate clients on services, promotions, and financing options (CareCredit, Affirm, Cherry) Maintain a polished, welcoming, luxury front desk environment at all times Process payments, deposits, and package purchases accurately Coordinate closely with providers to support smooth daily clinical flow Track key performance metrics including bookings, conversions, retail sales, and memberships
QUALIFICATIONS
2-3+ years experience in a medical spa, aesthetics clinic, luxury retail, or high-end hospitality environment (required) Proven sales ability with measurable results in bookings, conversions, or retail performance Warm, professional, and confident communication style — in person and on the phone Comfortable with consultative selling: listening first, recommending thoughtfully, never pressure-based Familiarity with med spa services and terminology strongly preferred Experience with scheduling or CRM systems (Boulevard, Aesthetic Record, MINDBODY, etc.) preferred Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple communication channels Genuine interest in aesthetics, skincare, and client experience

Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Pay:
$22
  • 26 per hour depending on experience and background
Commission:
Performance-based incentives tied to services, retail, and treatment recommendations
Estimated Total Earnings:
Average $28
  • 35/hr for strong, consistent performers, with top performers earning more based on results
