This role is designed for someone who thrives in relationship building, corporate event sales, team leadership, and high-volume event execution. At Rocky Mountain Catering + Events, we are more than a catering company. We are a full-service event partner known across Colorado for elevated experiences, flawless execution, and a hospitality-first mindset. From corporate galas and conferences to weddings, social celebrations, and celebration of life services, our team delivers events with creativity, professionalism, and heart. We are looking for a leader who can help grow our corporate division, strengthen key venue and house account relationships, mentor and support the sales team, and actively drive new business opportunities throughout Colorado. Position Overview The Corporate Sales & Key Accounts Manager will oversee and grow Rocky Mountain Catering + Events' corporate event sales division while managing strategic house accounts and venue partnerships. This position will play a leadership role within the Sales Department by supporting team development, assisting with sales structure and accountability, and helping drive department-wide growth initiatives. This role requires a highly motivated sales professional who is confident leading client relationships, prospecting new business, networking within the community, and executing events at a high level. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, solutions-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, food, and event experiences. What You'll Be Responsible ForCorporate Sales Leadership Lead and grow Rocky Mountain Catering + Events' corporate event division Prospect and secure new corporate clients and venue partnerships Develop relationships with businesses, organizations, and community partners throughout Colorado Generate new revenue through networking, outreach, venue relationships, and industry events Support and mentor members of the sales team while helping improve sales systems and processes Assist in maintaining accountability, organization, and communication within the Sales Department Key Account & House Account Management Oversee strategic house accounts including Olinger, Fairmount, and future partner venues Build and maintain strong relationships with venue partners and preferred vendors Ensure consistent communication and flawless execution for all assigned accounts Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account growth Client Experience & Event Management Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally Conduct consultations and create customized proposals aligned with client goals and budgets Plan, design, and execute elevated corporate, social, and celebration of life events Coordinate event logistics with internal departments and third-party vendors Attend weekly production and sales meetings Maintain accurate event details and contracts within company software systems Attend events when required to ensure client satisfaction and operational success Sales Goals & Department Growth Meet monthly and annual sales goals as outlined in the compensation structure Help drive innovation within the Sales Department Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, client experience, and company growth Represent Rocky Mountain Catering + Events with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community Rocky Mountain Catering + Events Core Values

Qualifications 2+ years of experience in hospitality, catering sales, corporate event sales, event production, or customer service leadership Proven ability to generate sales and build long-term client relationships Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge and passion for food, beverage, hospitality, and event experiences Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem solve proactively Comfortable networking and building community partnerships Experience with Total Party Planner and Prism software preferred Fluent in Google Workspace Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings when events require Bachelor's Degree preferred, but equivalent hospitality or sales experience will be considered Why Join Rocky Mountain Catering + Events?
