Customer Service - Photofinishing (IPS)

Mike's Camera in Lone Tree has open customer service positions in our Photofinishing department! The Customer Service Representative (IPS) has overall responsibility and accountability to provide knowledgeable and professional service to all customers, specifically those interested in film and digital output services and their related accessories.

The ideal candidate will:

Be able to provide extraordinary service in the area of film, digital processing, and photofinishing. Provide every customer with a 'yes' attitude when it comes to unusual service requests. Maintain a professional demeanor in business relations including customers, fellow employees, and management. Work with every customer on a personal level and not just as a sales person vs. customer. Educate customers on the many options now available with digital printing and output. Observe and replenish all stock levels on the sales floor as needed. Continuously update product knowledge on current and new products available in the industry.
