In this dynamic role, you will build strategic internal alliances and act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value while optimizing financial outcomes for the company.

You will have a direct, measurable impact on customer retention and company growth by serving as a strategic bridge between clients and internal teams. This position offers the unique opportunity to cultivate customer trust while executing win-win strategies that shape long-term business outcomes. Key Exciting Responsibilities Cultivate, influence, and secure critical account renewals while continuously enhancing customer trust. Execute all phases of the renewal process, including account reviews, quote creation, and strategic negotiations to close accounts on time. Partner and collaborate with internal resources such as Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, and Legal to develop data-driven strategies. Monitor at-risk accounts early on, uncover hidden roadblocks, and develop proactive action plans to minimize churn. Essential Skills & Experience Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent practical experience. One to three years of experience in customer support, service management, accounts receivable, or sales. Proven success in managing customer relationships and interacting with cross-functional groups or C-level executives. Solid fundamental project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bonus Points For:
Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or equivalent years of experience working within an Enterprise software company. Experience working with software solutions within the construction industry. Direct familiarity with order processing, quoting, billing, and contracts using Salesforce.

0% This position is a salary non-exempt role. As a salary non-exempt employee, you must log your hours by clocking in and out and you will also qualify for overtime compensation at 1.5 times your hourly rate for any time worked beyond 40 hours in a single week.
