As a sales and development firm, we focus on customer-first outreach, helping households discover reliable internet and TV solutions that fit their everyday needs. The Account Representative plays a key role in driving engagement, explaining Frontier's fiber advantages, and contributing to consistent sales growth through strong, relationship-based interactions. As an Account Representative, you'll receive hands-on training centered around Frontier Internet and TV services, learning how to communicate product value clearly and effectively. The Account Representative role blends consultative selling, community outreach, and relationship-building to create meaningful customer experiences while achieving sales goals.
Account Representative Responsibilities:
Engage with residential customers directly to introduce Frontier Internet and TV services in a professional, sales-focused manner Identify household connectivity needs and recommend appropriate speed tiers, fiber options, and bundled services Build trust with customers through clear communication and a customer-first approach Explain product features, pricing, and service benefits in simple, easy-to-understand language Follow up with interested customers to guide them through enrollment and increase conversion rates Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and introduce additional service options Track customer interactions, leads, and sales activity to support overall performance goals Qualifications for the
