You will guide customers through their connectivity choices, ensuring each account is handled with clarity. By organizing every account, the Customer Account Manager supports efficient sales operations and delivers exceptional service to every customer. As an Customer Account Manager, you'll complete training that equips you to navigate accounts for Verizon FiOS. You'll learn how to engage with customers, understand their connectivity needs, and guide them through the enrollment process. The Customer Account Manager's ability to present Verizon as the solution will drive sales growth and foster long-term account relationships. Core Functions of the Customer Account Manager Engage with customers to introduce Verizon FiOS through friendly, in-person style conversations while beginning to build customer accounts. Learn how to understand basic account needs and share FiOS service options that support everyday connectivity and customer interest. Support the sales process by assisting customers from initial conversation through early enrollment steps. Maintain organized account notes, including customer preferences and follow-up needs, to support ongoing sales activity. Help recognize potential opportunities within accounts to support future sales growth. Contribute to a team-focused environment by supporting daily sales activity and account development.
