Amazon Account Manager Shelton, CT We're looking for an experienced, data‑driven Amazon Account Manager who excels at turning insights into growth. In this role, you will own key elements of our Amazon business, identifying opportunities driving revenue, optimizing content, partnering with Amazon external teams, and enhancing performance across the digital shelf.   • Drive sales, conversion, and category growth on Amazon by identifying opportunities through competitive, category, and performance analysis.
  • Lead new item launch readiness, including Vendor Central setup, catalog accuracy, and resolution of operational or chargeback issues.
  • Manage forecasting and partner closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure supply chain needs are met and demand signals are accurately reflected.
  • Optimize product detail pages through best‑in‑class content, SEO‑driven copy, PXM tools, and continuous A/B testing to improve discoverability and conversion.
  • Translate complex sales, traffic, media, and operational data into actionable insights that influence strategy, programs, and business decision‑making.
  • Connect media performance (Traffic, CVR, NTB, TACOS, AMC, AMS, DSP) to business outcomes and collaborate cross‑functionally to proactively troubleshoot and drive growth. We offer

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Master's in Analytics preferred) and deep knowledge of digital content, SEO, ecommerce best practices, and PXM tools (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo).
  • Hands‑on experience with analytics platforms such as Pacvue, Stackline, Helium10, AMC, DSP, and curiosity to explore emerging AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and Amazon Rufus.
  • Strong project planning, organization, and execution skills, with 2-4 years of Amazon Vendor Central experience (Seller Central a plus) and product forecasting expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and full fluency across Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights.
  • A collaborative mindset with a sense of urgency, skilled at driving alignment, resolving issues proactively, and challenging the status quo with creative, innovative thinking.
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $100,000
  • 140,000. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
