Job Description

Job description The position requires an individual who has a thorough knowledge of the financial services business and who is committed to being part of a team that delivers comprehensive client solutions. This individual must have strong relationship management skills. They must be reliable, organized and deadline driven. A qualified applicant must be dedicated, goal-oriented, and able to work well in a self-directed and collaborative environment. Must be able to learn and articulate the story of the practice. CFP Required. Role and Responsibilities
  • Support lead advisor with clients
  • Manager certain client relationships independently.
  • Lead in answering routine client questions
  • Completes investment research, investment recommendation analysis and proposal generation
  • Participates in client meetings
  • Creates agendas for client meetings, takes notes and completes or delegates follow up activities
  • Supports the preparation for all client meetings
  • Supports Director of Operations in the running of the practice
  • Builds rapport with clients
  • Performs ongoing fact-finding to uncover organic growth opportunities, multi-generational opportunities, cross-selling and important personal information
  • Delivers excellent service supporting the generation of referrals from existing clients
  • Assists in maintaining a compliant practice
  • Tax gain/loss analysis
  • Makes outgoing client courtesy calls
  • Compiles and analyzes client data to develop financial plans
  • Provide back up support to all team members when necessary
  • Maintains defined system flows and CRM systems
  • Update client info as necessary in CRM to ensure integrity of database
  • Handle various client requests
  • Ensure clients receive the proper level of reach out and communication from the office
  • Handles complex issues and problems
  • Ensure clients are receiving a best in class experience from the firm
  • Supports special projects as assigned
