Our firm specializes in direct consumer acquisition. Currently, our office is expanding rapidly as we manage consumer relationship structures and accounts for national telecom powerhouses: AT&T and GoNetspeed Fiber Internet . We are seeking a driven, structured Junior Account Manager to join our Wethersfield team. This is an entry-level professional role focused on face-to-face consumer presentations, local retail or territory brand management, and new account registrations. This position operates on a performance-based compensation structure (uncapped commission and weekly performance bonuses), offering immense earning potential directly tied to your personal work ethic and daily execution. Key Responsibilities Conduct face-to-face presentations to local consumers, introducing them to updated services, fiber promotions, and cost-saving solutions from AT&T and GoNetspeed. Act as the primary point of contact for new customers, walking them through service comparisons, checking fiber-map availability, and facilitating new account registrations. Attend our daily morning strategy meetings, product-knowledge workshops, and leadership development sessions at our Wethersfield office beginning at 10:30 AM. Track and maintain accurate consumer data, campaign metrics, and account installation dates. Collaborate with senior account managers to hit weekly target metrics for our client portfolios. Deliver a world-class, professional customer experience that protects the high-status brand reputation of our clients.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
1-2 years in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or a team-oriented environment is preferred. No prior corporate sales experience is required; we provide full, comprehensive initial training.
Communication:
Exceptional conversational skills, great natural energy, and the confidence to explain service solutions directly to consumers.
Transportation:
Reliable personal daily transportation to our Wethersfield office and territory is required.
Schedule:
Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
