Job Description
Overview The Entry-Level Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients while supporting the growth and success of workplace partnerships. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service, effective communication, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate is motivated, relationship-oriented, and eager to develop professionally in a business development and client management environment. This position offers hands-on training and mentorship while providing opportunities to develop leadership, communication, and account management skills. The Entry-Level Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams and business partners to deliver outstanding service and help maintain long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned business accounts Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, service requests, and ongoing support Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with business leaders and employees Coordinate workplace appointments, presentations, and follow-up meetings Assist with onboarding new business accounts and maintaining existing partnerships Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and improve customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records, schedules, and account activity Collaborate with leadership and team members to ensure exceptional client experiences Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently while providing effective solutions Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and leadership opportunities Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset Support account growth through excellent service, communication, and relationship management Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, recruiting, client relations, or account support is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and common business technology Professional appearance and strong work ethic Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for scheduled business appointments, when needed Leadership experience through work, athletics, student organizations, or volunteer activities Strong presentation and public speaking skills Goal-oriented mindset with a desire for career advancement A successful Entry-Level Account Manager is someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping businesses succeed.
