Our Specialty Support Network helps cardiology, neurology, and behavioral health offices by coordinating medication access, financial assistance options (including $0 support when eligible), and free home delivery—requiring minimal effort from clinic staff beyond sending the eRx. What you'll do Visit physician offices in person (cardiology, neurology, behavioral health and related specialties) Build relationships with front desk staff, MAs, nurses, and office managers Educate offices on a simple workflow: "Send eRx → we handle access + delivery + support" Follow up consistently to activate offices and increase repeat referrals Track visits, contacts, and outcomes in a CRM/spreadsheet Represent the program professionally and compliantly What success looks like You can professionally get past the front desk and earn clinical team attention Offices begin sending new prescriptions consistently to our pharmacy You build a repeatable territory route and follow-up system You hit weekly activity targets (in-person drop-ins + follow-ups) and monthly activation goals Requirements 1+ year experience in healthcare sales/outreach (pharma, device, DME, lab, clinic outreach, or similar) Comfortable with daily in-person office visits (outside sales) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized—can track activity and outcomes Reliable vehicle and ability to drive daily Compensation Base salary: $45,000-$65,000 (DOE) Performance bonuses based on activated clinics and referral volume Mileage reimbursement To apply (IMPORTANT) Include a link to a 30-second video answering: "How do you get past the front desk at a medical office and earn attention from the clinical team?"
