Job Description
New Business Processor - Wealth Management Maitland, FL We are a financial planning firm helping clients navigate retirement with clarity and confidence. We're looking for a detail-oriented New Business Processor to support our advisors and clients in Maitland, FL. What You'll Do Coordinate client service requests and act as liaison between clients and advisors Process retirement income distributions, RMDs, and withdrawals Manage annuity applications, transfers, and rollovers Handle account openings, ACATs, and maintenance paperwork Maintain accurate documentation and track follow-ups in CRM Requirements 1+ years in wealth management, financial services, retirement planning, or insurance Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus (Redtail, Salesforce, Wealthbox) Preferred Knowledge of RMDs, distributions, or annuities FINRA licenses (Series 7, 63/65/66) or Life & Annuities license Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field Benefits Health, Dental & Vision insurance PTO, sick days & vacation Retirement benefits
