JOB SUMMARY
The Coordinator Client Relations works in conjunction with the Donor Recruiters to coordinate numerous operational activities related to mobile blood drives and fixed-site collections. This Coordinator Client Relations is responsible for initiating, retaining and maintaining the assigned client base. The Coordinator Client Relations requires both creative and technical aptitude. The Coordinator Client Relations requires the ability to work independently, with minimum supervision, and to work well in a team environment. The individual represents CBC at special events and promotions. The individual must have very strong customer service skills, strong written/oral/computer skills, be able to meet strict deadlines and operate successfully within a predetermined budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Other duties may be assigned.
  • Performs all processes in compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
  • Performs special projects requiring data management and generation of reports.
  • Prepares marketing/PR pieces related to donor blood drives and/or collection events, including spreadsheets, direct mailers, posters, custom advertising and education brochures.
  • Compiles, analyzes, distributes and maintains donor collection data.
  • Prepares and distributes general website information and articles.
  • Orders/procures and maintains routine donor recognition prizes.
  • Solicits, orders and maintains specialty donor recognition prizes.
  • Performs assigned tasks associated with special promotion and recognition events.
  • Performs donor registration, donor eligibility reviews, and tele-recruitment.
  • Oversees volunteer and tele-recruiter activities.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or GED Required.
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative or supervisory experience in customer service, preferred in healthcare.
  • Must have current, valid Florida Driver's License that passes the Motor Vehicle Department background check.
  • Intermediate computer knowledge: Uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
