We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing independent agency in the Tampa Bay area. This role goes beyond basic renewals — you'll be an integral part of managing a book of business, ensuring retention, and being the trusted resource for clients.
What You'll Do:
Manage renewals and re-shop policies when needed. Handle endorsements, billing questions, and claims assistance with professionalism. Monitor and follow up on carrier downloads and non-pay cancellations. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
What We're Looking For:
Active Florida 2-20 license (required). Previous independent agency experience strongly preferred. Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
