Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as Skid steers, excavators, and other construction machinery with precision and safety. Manage equipment to support construction activities/ Assist with concrete operations and ensure proper handling of materials on-site. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Support construction site activities by moving materials, clearing sites, and preparing areas for ongoing work. Collaborate with team members to execute project plans efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance schedules to ensure operational readiness. Qualifications Proven experience operating construction equipment such as skid steers and, excavators. Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with site safety procedures and equipment handling. Mechanical knowledge related to maintaining and troubleshooting Strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards on active job sites. Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project needs.
