The Entry Level Account Manager is responsible for creating a positive customer experience while meeting daily and weekly sales goals. What an Entry Level Account Manager Does Engage with customers face to face in a retail setting and start friendly, professional conversations about our products and services Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions Clearly explain product features, pricing, and current promotions Complete sales transactions and assist with account setup, assisting the customer from start to finish Maintain accurate customer information and process updates correctly and efficiently Follow up when needed to ensure complete customer satisfaction Stay informed on new products, services and offers to Work with other Entry Level Account Managers to consistently hit sales targets Qualifications for the Entry Level Account Manager Prior experience as an Entry Level Account Manager, in sales or related field is preferred but not required Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with customers Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting Consistently achieve sales goals set for the Entry Level Account Managers Reliable transportation to and from the local office and surrounding retail locations What We Offer Our Entry Level Account Managers Clear advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Unlimited growth opportunities
