Junior Account Manager:

Support daily sales operations by assisting customers with product inquiries, service upgrades, and account enrollments Present Frontier's telecom services confidently using consultative sales techniques Recommend personalized solutions based on customer needs and service goals Drive sales conversions by building rapport and demonstrating value Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity for smooth onboarding Support and mentor team members by modeling effective sales conversations Assist leadership with territory execution and overall sales performance Consistently meet individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced environment

Junior Account Manager Qualifications:
