Assistant Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking an Assistant Supervisor to assist in the coordination and supervision of our cleaning teams. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, preferably possess prior cleaning experience, and have the ability to lead staff and verify work quality. Strong communication skills (English/Spanish), reliable transportation, and flexible availability are required.

Basic Requirements:

Previous experience in residential and commercial cleaning (preferably 1 year or more). Ability to supervise staff and verify work quality. Good communication skills with clients and employees. Responsible, punctual, and organized. Ability to resolve issues in the field. Availability to travel between properties or units. Valid driver's license. Ability to lift light materials/equipment and walk frequently. Basic proficiency with mobile phones, messaging, and using work-related apps. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC usage; ability to generate reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise cleaning teams. Inspect completed units and perform quality control checks. Coordinate schedules and assignments. Report supply needs or property damage. Train new staff members. Maintain communication with managers or clients. Assist with cleaning duties when necessary.

$20.00 per hour
