Commercial Roofing Account Manager Commercial Roofing Account Manager will be trusted to use their experience and trade knowledge to meet clients to assess and determine their roofing needs. Develop and propose solutions to their issues, and work closely with the estimating and production teams to meet the demands of the client.
COMMERCIAL ROOFING ACCOUNT MANAGER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as the "face" of the company and leads communication and interaction with prospects and clients. Negotiates contracts, approves the scope of work, makes presentations, and closes agreements to maximize profits on behalf of the Company. Estimates the cost of minor repairs and other projects such as a roof-over, roof replacement, and new roofs for the firm's clients. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, develops and negotiates contracts, and integrates contract requirements within the business. Collaborate with the Business Development management team to drive service revenues and profitability for the Company. Manages the gathering and organization of account-related information, providing input on key customer opportunities, service line extension proposals, and contract pricing. Coordinates and identifies appropriate company contact information regarding billing, the owner(s), and project contacts. Attends and participates in "hand-off" meetings with project and division managers as needed before the start of assignments. Assists the estimating and business development departments by providing accurate information for creating proposals and project completion for the company's clients. Participates in creating effective and high-growth strategies for new customer acquisition. Develops and uses advanced planning skills for establishing maximum productivity of workforce, materials, and equipment. Coordinates and leads post-project client meetings, discussing project closures, follow-ups, maintenance plans, and warranty specifications when applicable.
